A Word from Chef Bonnell:

The finest dishes begin with the finest ingredients, and at Bonnell’s most of those ingredients come from Texas. I have gone to great lengths to seek out the finest and freshest products available throughout this great state for my unique menu.

I have based my cuisine around Texas farm and ranch products that I believe are the finest quality available. I strive to use as many fresh products as possible that make only one trip in one truck before arriving at my kitchen door.

Our venison products come from free-roaming wild animals only, our quail is completely organic, our chickens are free-ranging birds, and our goat cheese is made by Ann Jones who raises the animals and makes the cheese herself daily. I would like to take this opportunity to recognize all the local farmers who put out these fine products for us to use.
