	Taste of the NFL: North Texas Dinner Series

	The Taste of the NFL has an appetizing game plan for North Texas and it kicks off long before the Super Bowl ever pulls into town. With the big game coming to Dallas, North Texas chefs have teamed up to create the Taste of the NFL Dinner Series. This series of dinners will coincide with the beginning of the 2010 NFL season and run through mid-November. Proceeds from these dinners benefit the North Texas Food Bank and the Tarrant Area Food Bank. Chef Bonnell will be holding his Taste of the NFL dinner on Monday, September 27th at Bonnell's Restaurant. 	Wine 101 with Chef Bonnell

	Wine 101: Tuesday, September 28th AND Thursday, September 30th Do you like wine, but don't know anything about it? Do you want to learn the basics of how to taste, how to read a wine list and have enough knowledge not to be intimidated by wine conversation? Come discover what you really like, not just what the labels say you should. This two-day class is an intro to the entire world of wine, taught for beginners who just want to be "in the know." Taste twenty-six different types of wine, everything from the inexpensive to the rare "cult" wines, while exploring the basics of wine tasting. Heavy appetizers will also be provided as Chef Bonnell shares the basics of wine and food pairings. Class will focus on the fundamentals of white wines on Tuesday, September 28th and then transition to red varietals on Thursday, September 30th.
