Chef Jon Bonnell is putting together an amazing brunch buffet this Mother's Day! We will have a full chilled seafood spread including crab claws, oysters, shrimp and caviar. We will also be featuring breakfast favorites (including our homemade Andouille sausage) and a carving station showcasing our signature wild game. You can expect to see buffalo, lamb, and wild boar chops along with your favorite Bonnell's sauces. And, most importantly, we will have a full display of desserts, including our special miniature desserts, as well as a homemade ice cream sundae bar!

Chef Jon Bonnell has been invited, for a third time, to cook at the historic James Beard House, on July 16, 2008. To compliment his New York menu, David Long, owner of David Arthur Vineyards, will be bringing several of his distinguished wines to pair with Chef Bonnell's menu.
