Chef Jon Bonnell and knife maker Jeff Guinn have teamed up to create a stunning new line of custom chef knives. All of the knives are hand forged, 100% American made and custom finished by knife maker Jeff Guinn. All blades are finished with a handle of Texas burled pecan wood and come with Bonnell's engraving and leather sheaths.
Chef Bonnell has been working with Guinn for months on the design and feel of these blades to ensure that the custom knives are as perfectly functional as they are beautiful.
